Chocolate Truffles with Maple Bacon Sea Salt

Ingredients (for 6-7 truffles):

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, over simmering water, add heavy cream

  • Add in chopped dark chocolate and let it heat up nicely, for about 2 minutes

  • Take it off the heat and mix until all melted 

  • Let the mixture stay in the fridge for about 1 hour

  • Now shape the truffles, roll each into cacao powder and sprinkle with maple bacon sea salt
