Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Rosemary Infused Sea Salt

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced

  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

  • A pinch of black pepper

  • 1 tsp of paprika powder

  • A pinch of Rosemary Infused Sea Salt

  • 1 oz of parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  • Place sweet potato slices to a baking tray

  • Season with olive oil, rosemary sea salt, black pepper and paprika powder

  • Cook for 45 minutes, at 375F

  • Now top with grated parmesan, and cook for another 10 minutes
