Returns

Due to the nature of our food products, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by submitting a message through out website via the “Contact Us” form. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis for damaged or incorrect items. Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment.
