Shrimp Skewers with Black Garlic Sea Salt

Ingredients (for 4 skewers):

12 shrimps, cleaned and peeled

1 tbsp of oil

1 tsp of oregano

A pinch of black garlic sea salt

For the cous cous salad:

7 oz of cooked cous cous

½ tbsp of oil 

1 tbsp of fresh parsley

1 oz of walnuts, chopped

1 oz of sun dried tomatoes, chopped

A pinch of black garlic sea salt

Instructions:

Add shrimps to a bowl, drizzle with oil and season with oregano and black garlic sea salt

Skewer them on wooden skewers, and cook in a hot pan with some oil, for about 3 minutes on each side

Mix the cous cous salad ingredients together and serve

Top with the cooked shrimp skewers
