Avocado Toast with Garlic Sea Salt

Ingredients:

1 slice of bread, toasted

For the mushrooms:

1 tbsp of oil

1 oz of mushrooms, sliced

½ oz of butter

A pinch of Florida Pure Garlic Sea Salt

For the avocado mash:

½ avocado

½ tsp of garlic sea salt

Top with:

Sesame seeds

 Instructions:

In a hot pan, add oil and start by frying the mushrooms

After 5 minutes, add in the butter and season with garlic sea salt

Mash the avocado and season with Florida Pure Garlic Sea Salt

Spread over toasted bread and top with sauteed mushrooms and sesame seeds
