Chocolate Chip Cookies with Maple Bacon Sea Salt

Ingredients (for 12 cookies):

  • 2 oz butter

  • 5 oz sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 3 oz of flour

  • ½ tbsp of baking powder

  • A pinch of Maple Bacon Sea Salt

  • 2 oz of chocolate chips

Instructions:

  • Add butter, sugar and egg to a bowl

  • Using an electric mixer, beat until smooth

  • Now add in the dry ingredients and mix again

  • When fully incorporated - add in the chocolate chips and mix nicely

  • Put the dough in the fridge, for about 30 minutes

  • Now, roll into 12 balls, and place on a silicone matt

  • Cook in a preheated oven, set to 350F, for about 15 minutes
