Truffles grow in few places throughout the world.  Our black truffles are harvested from an area in Italy that produces the best! We don’t use any of the fake truffle smell or flavoring in our salt which is why our truffle salt is more delicate while still being loaded with truffle pieces. It is deeply earthy with a slight mushroom taste. Sprinkle on eggs, pizza, pasta, popcorn or caprese salads. When added to something warm, that is when this infused salt truly shines.
