BBQ Wings with Garlic Sea Salt
These BBQ wings are built for a crisp, savory bite before they ever touch the sauce. The wings are coated with oil, black pepper, oregano, paprika, and Garlic Sea Salt, then baked until the skin is browned and ready for a final toss in barbecue sauce. Garlic Sea Salt gives the seasoning blend a deeper, roasted-garlic flavor without adding extra prep, which makes the wings taste layered even with a short ingredient list. Serve them for game day, backyard dinners, or an easy appetizer plate with celery, ranch, grilled corn, or a bright slaw.

Why Garlic Sea Salt Works for These BBQ Wings:
Garlic Sea Salt works especially well on wings because it seasons the skin evenly while adding savory garlic depth that stands up to sweet, smoky barbecue sauce. The salt helps the dry seasoning cling to the wings, and the garlic flavor gives the finished sauce more backbone. Add it before baking so the wings are seasoned all the way through, then finish with sauce once the skin has had time to crisp.

FAQ:
Q: Can I make these wings ahead?
A: Bake the wings ahead and refrigerate them unsauced. Reheat until crisp, then toss with warm BBQ sauce before serving.
Q: Can I use another salt flavor?
A: Black Garlic Sea Salt or Chipotle Infused Sea Salt can work, but Garlic Sea Salt is the best fit for the classic BBQ flavor.
